Take a behind the scenes look at one of the most lauded wineries in Tasmania; Josef Chromy, with this guided walk and lunch package. You will start with a guided walk of the grounds, exploring the different stages of winemaking, tasting as you go. Finish up with a 2 course lunch and matched wines.
Sample some of the best wine Tassie has to offer with this Behind The Label tour from iconic winery Josef Chromy. Step on to the grounds of this idyllic vineyard and breathe in the crisp air. Guides will take you through the history of Josef Chromy Wines, introduce you to ampelography vineyard and showcase our traditional method sparkling. Heading back to the Cellar Door, you will enjoy a wine tasting flight followed by a two course lunch of fine Tasmanian produce with matched wines in the hatted Josef Chromy Wines Restaurant.
